How to delete twitter account permanently on Android app:
1) First of all, you need to open your twitter android app and log in.
2) Then click on your profile picture present at the top left corner of the screen.
3) After that click on Settings and privacy.
4) On the next page click on Account.
5) After that at your bottom of the page, you will see Deactivate your account. Just click on it.
6) On the next page, you will see some information about the deactivation of your account and at the bottom, you will see the Deactivate button. Just click on Deactivate.

7) On the next page, you will be asked to enter your password. Just enter the password and hit Deactivate
8) That's all. Your account is now deactivated.
Since your account is now deactivated but you still have 30 days time period in case if you change your mind to not to delete your Twitter account. To reactivate your account you just need to log in again with the same password and username or email with the 30 days time period.
How to delete twitter account permanently on a computer:
1) First of all, you need to go to the official twitter website and log in there
2) After successful login, on the home page of twitter click on More option present at the left side of the screen.
3) Then you need to click on settings and privacy.
4) After that click on Account if not clicked.
5) In the account section, you will see Deactivate your account option at the bottom of the page. Just click on it.
6) On the next page, you will see some information about the deactivation of the account. Just click on the Deactivate button at the bottom of the page.
7) Then on the next page, you will be asked to enter the password of the account. Just enter the password.
8) After entering the password just hit Deactivate.
9) That's all. Your account is now deactivated.
