1) First of all, you need to open your LinkedIn app and log in.

2) After successful login, you will be on the homepage of LinkedIn. Click on your profile picture present at the top left corner of the screen.

4) Then Under Account section click on Close account.

5) On the next page give your confirmation to delete your account by clicking on the Continue button.

6) Then choose your reason why you are deleting your LinkedIn account and click Next.

7) After that enter your password of the account that you want to delete.

8) Click on the Done button.

9) That's all your LinkedIn account is now closed.

Points to be noted:

Once your LinkedIn account is closed your username, images, videos, connection, everything will be removed from the LinkedIn server and can't be restored.

Other search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo may still show your account and data. That's because the procedure to update data on their servers takes some time. But no worry that will be updated in a few days.
